How can I access my medical records?

You can access your medical records through our secure patient portal. If you need assistance, please contact our medical records department at (800) 555-MEDR or submit a written request in person at one of our locations.

What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment.

How do I prepare for a cardiac stress test?

Avoid eating or drinking caffeine products for 24 hours before the test. Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes. Do not apply lotions or oils to your chest area. Your doctor may ask you to stop certain medications temporarily.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, debit or credit card, a list of current medications, any recent test results or medical records, and referral forms if applicable. Arriving 15 minutes early to complete paperwork is recommended.
